Target:
Those who are interested to become a Professional Medical Concierge Care Service Provider

Objective:
To support participants’ venture into Medical Concierge Care and related services by equipping them with relevant knowledge and skills

Entry Requirements:
i) Minimum SPM/ IGCSE OR with at least 2 years of working experience; and
ii) Can speak and read Malay, English and Chinese language; and
iii) With intention to become an Concierge Care Service Provider

​

Course Duration: 16 hours

​

Course Method: 2 days intensive workshop

​

Completion requirement:
i) Full attendance; and
ii) Pass the written examination (score 50 and above); and
iii) Pass the skill and technique assessment.
