About Active Ageing Centre
Seniora's Active Ageing Centre is a community-based facility designed to empower seniors to maintain their physical, mental, and social well-being as they age.
Guided by the principles of active ageing, the centre promotes engagement in meaningful activities, lifelong learning, social interaction, and a focus on health and independence. It emphasizes participation, inclusion, and vitality, helping seniors age gracefully while staying connected to their community.

Exclusive Elderly Gym for Active Ageing
We provide Turtle Gym equipment from Taiwan, specially designed for seniors to improve mobility, strength, and overall well-being through safe and low-impact exercise.
