NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS PURSUANT
TO THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT 2010 ("CUSTOMER PDPA NOTICE")
Data Privacy
In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA") and its regulations, Senioracare Sdn Bhd ("Seniora") respects and is committed to protecting the Personal Data provided by you and its privacy. This Customer PDPA Notice serves as an outline to inform you of your rights with regards to your Personal Data that has been or/and will be collected, used, and processed by Seniora. For the purpose of this Customer PDPA Notice, any terms used herein shall have the meanings as stipulated under the PDPA.
Sources for Collection of Personal Data
Seniora has collected or may collect your Personal Data to be used and processed through:
a. Electronic forms on Seniora website or hardcopy forms;
b. During service interactions;
c. From third parties (such as service providers);
d. Communication through email or telephone; and
e. Other platforms related to service provision.
Type of Personal Data
The Personal Data provided by you may include but is not limited to:
a. Name;
b. Identification Card Number / Passport Number;
c. Gender;
d. Address (including email address);
e. Contact details;
f. Physical or Mental Health or Medical Condition;
g. Service details and preferences;
h. Payment information;
i. Audio and/or video recordings during service provision; and
k. Any other Personal Data or Sensitive Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data").
Purpose for Collection of Personal Data
For the purpose of providing services to you, Seniora may collect, use, and otherwise process your Personal Data for purposes including but not limited to:
a. Processing service requests and transactions;
b. Providing customer support and responding to inquiries;
c. Conducting surveys and market research;
d. Marketing and promotional activities;
e. Ensuring security and monitoring quality of service (including audio and/or video recordings during service interactions);
f. Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations; and
g. Any other purposes directly related to the above purposes (hereinafter referred to as "Purposes").
Disclosure of Personal Data
Seniora may disclose your Personal Data to the following parties, whether within or outside Malaysia, for the Purposes as stated above (which parties may also subsequently process, transfer and disclose such data for the Purposes as stated above):
a. Seniora and/or any affiliates;
b. Any agent, contractor, service provider, any professional adviser, or third party who provides services to Remeds;
c. Any person to whom Seniora is under an obligation to make disclosure under the requirements of any law or regulations issued by regulatory or other authorities;
d. Any court and/or officer of the court; and
e. Any person who may be necessary and undertakes to keep your Personal Data confidential.
Security of Personal Data
Seniora has strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorized access wherever possible. Personal Data provided to Seniora via website or any applications are protected during transit using encryption. When Personal Data is stored by Remeds, we use computer systems with limited access. The level of security of Personal Data which is kept in a non-electronic form is also treated with strict procedures.
Retention of Personal Data
Your Personal Data shall be retained by Seniora for as long as it is needed for the Purposes or as is required to satisfy any legal, regulatory, and/or accounting requirements. Your Personal Data will be disposed of in an appropriate manner when there is no necessity for Remeds to retain your Personal Data.
Rights of Access and Correction
You shall have the rights to access, request for correction, and limit the processing of your Personal Data in line with applicable laws and/or any applicable data protection law. You may also make any inquiries or complaints in respect to your Personal Data. Any concern shall be channelled to Remeds.
Consent
By providing your Personal Data to Seniora, you hereby consent to Seniora collecting, processing, using, and disclosing your Personal Data in accordance with this Customer PDPA Notice. You hereby confirm that your Personal Data provided to Remeds is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. In the event of any changes, you shall promptly update Remeds of such changes to your Personal Data. You also hereby represent and warrant that the consent of third parties whose Personal Data you have provided and disclosed to Seniora has been sufficiently obtained to allow Remeds to process the same in relation to the Purposes.
Service Recordings
Please note that during the provision of services, audio and/or video recordings may be made. By engaging with our services, you consent to these recordings, which may be used for quality assurance, training, and marketing purposes. Rest assured, your identity and privacy will be protected, and no personally identifiable information will be disclosed in any marketing materials without your explicit consent.

Changes to Customer PDPA Notice
We reserve the right to amend this Customer PDPA Notice from time to time without prior notice. We will ensure that such amendments will be made available to you through any mode we deem appropriate and suitable.
