  • Who are the caregivers?

       Our caregivers are local Malaysian consists of Chinese, Indian and Malay. 
 

  • Are they nurse?

       No, they're not nurse. They're locally trained caregivers to provide non-medical home care service.
 

  • How long it takes to arrange a caregiver after booking?

       It takes up to 2 days.
 

  • What time does the caregiver attend to my family?

       The operation hour of home care team is between 8am-7pm. The time to attend to your family is discussable, we will try our best to meet your needs. 
 

  • Does the caregiver help with house chores?

      Only sweeping and mopping of senior's room is allowed. No cooking and no other house chores will be done. 
 

  • Is deposit required?

       Yes, one month refundable deposit will be collected in advance. 
 

  • Do you provide service on Public Holiday?

       Yes, double of the usual charges will be applied on Public Holiday. Subject to availability.
