On 27 September 2026, Seniora joined the MOU ceremony for 366 Kulai at Sheraton Johor Bahru. The ceremony marked our partnership with the project team led by RDC Arkitek Sdn Bhd.
Under the partnership, Seniora will operate an elder care centre within 366 Kulai and provide elder care services to the community.
366 Kulai is a new community-focused development in the heart of Kulai, Johor. It brings together healthcare, education, fitness, senior care, pet services and daily shopping in one connected neighbourhood.
