在马来西亚，随着人口快速老龄化，越来越多长者需要有人陪同就医、沟通病情、协助行动。但 陪诊不该只是“陪着去” ，而是一份需要专业判断、清楚界线与高度责任感的工作。 2025 年 12 月 13–14 日，我们举办了为期两天的 马来西亚陪诊专业课程 ，希望为行业培养一批真正理解「陪诊价值」的人。 为什么要系统化陪诊培训？ 在医院环境中，长者往往面临多重挑战：行动不便、听力或认知退化、紧张与不安，以及复杂的医疗流程。一个没有受过训练的陪诊者，可能出于好意，却在无意中增加风险。 因此，我们设计这门课程的核心目标是：👉 让陪诊成为一份“有能力、有分寸、有温度”的专业服务。 课程重点内容 在两天密集而实务导向的训练中，学员系统学习并反复练习： 跌倒预防与风险判断 了解高风险情境，提前介入，而不是事后补救 轮椅转移与安全移动技巧 保护长者，也保护陪诊员自己 如厕协助中的尊严照护 清楚界线，尊重隐私，维持长者的自尊 紧急救援与突发状况应对 在关键时刻保持冷静，知道该做什么、不该做什么 Role Play 沟通训练 如何与长者、家属、医护人员有效沟通 医院流程
